1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the JL616 platform at jl616.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete legal agreement between you and JL616 for all services provided through the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the JL616 platform. Continued use of JL616 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. JL616 recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on JL616, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. JL616 does not permit minors to open accounts or participate in any games or betting activities.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the JL616 platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or personal self-exclusion that restricts your access to online gaming.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee of JL616, an immediate family member of a JL616 employee, or a contractor directly engaged by JL616 in a relevant capacity.

JL616 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in line with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active JL616 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms. JL616 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your JL616 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JL616 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. JL616 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JL616 support immediately. JL616 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

JL616 may request identity verification documents at any time — including before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID) and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

JL616 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount at JL616 is ₱100.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. JL616 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your JL616 wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution.
• JL616 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• JL616 reserves the right to impose deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also set their own deposit limits in account settings.
• Deposits used to claim a bonus may be subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6 of these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on JL616 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.1 Processing Times

JL616 processes approved withdrawals continuously. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically arrive within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

JL616 may require KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is standard compliance procedure. Providing verification documents promptly ensures there are no delays in receiving your funds.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

If your account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements, the portion subject to wagering requirements will not be available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied. Refer to Section 6 for full details on bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JL616 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus at a time on their JL616 account. Applying a new bonus before the previous one has been cleared will void the uncompleted bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement on JL616. Slots typically contribute 100%, while card games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All JL616 bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is a violation of these terms.
• JL616 Referral Bonus: The Refer a Friend program at JL616 is governed by its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. General bonus terms apply where the program terms are silent.

JL616 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected abuse of bonus offers, JL616 may withhold bonus funds pending investigation.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the JL616 platform — including slots, card games, Color Game, Sabong, and live dealer titles — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. JL616's RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third parties to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and free from manipulation.

• Game rules for each title are displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules before wagering real money on JL616.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's JL616 wallet. Winnings derived from a technically faulty round will not be honoured.
• JL616's live game feeds are provided by third-party licensed suppliers. In cases of feed disconnection mid-round, the outcome recorded by the supplier's server will be treated as final.
• Sabong events streamed on JL616 are governed by the rules of the hosting arena. JL616 follows the official result as declared by the arena operator.

8. Sports Betting Rules

JL616's sportsbook covers PBA, UAAP, PVL, NCAA, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on JL616:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once JL616's system accepts it and a bet ID is generated. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance if odds have moved or if the market has been suspended at the time of submission.

8.2 Void Bets

Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond 12 hours, or abandoned before completion will be voided and stakes returned to the player's JL616 wallet, unless sufficient play has occurred for settlement rules to apply (as defined per sport in JL616's published rules).

8.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-game bets on JL616 are accepted at the current displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds during live play reflect current game state and may shift rapidly. JL616 will honour all confirmed live bets at the accepted odds regardless of subsequent market movement.

8.4 Obvious Error

JL616 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error or technical fault. In such cases, affected players will be notified and stakes returned. Winnings from obvious pricing errors will not be honoured.

9. Responsible Gaming

JL616 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. We believe gaming should be entertainment — and we take seriously our duty to prevent harm caused by problem gambling.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their JL616 account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: JL616 allows players to set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. If the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets or the limit is revised.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set session duration reminders in their JL616 account to help manage time spent gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from JL616. Contact support to activate. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the chosen period.
• Account Closure: Any player may request account closure at any time by contacting JL616 support. Real-money balances will be refunded to the registered payment method after verification.

10. Privacy & Data

JL616 uses your data to process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, send promotional communications (where opted in), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. 11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JL616 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with JL616 games or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using JL616 to process funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors — such issues must be reported to JL616 support immediately
• Attempting to access JL616 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Placing bets using a payment method registered in a name other than your own

12. Account Suspension & Termination

JL616 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable belief that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. In cases of verified breach, JL616 may withhold balances pending investigation.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact JL616 support at support@jl616.best to initiate a review. JL616 will respond to all legitimate account suspension queries within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also close their own JL616 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after any pending wagering obligations are resolved.

13. Limitation of Liability

JL616 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While JL616 takes every reasonable step to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from all technical errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JL616 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from technical disruptions, service outages, or third-party payment processor issues.

Nothing in these terms limits JL616's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Changes to These Terms

JL616 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JL616 will notify players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practical. The updated terms will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the JL616 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using JL616 and may request account closure.
